  Been here a couple of times now and have been impressed both times by the quality of service and food. Probably the best restaurant I've been to in Ballarat. The venue is classy and has a nice ambience.
  Staff were helpful in describing dishes and suggesting good wines to pair with the food.
  The food is somewhat expensive but it's worth every penny. Sometimes you have to wait a bit but that's sometimes the price you pay for good food.

  Okay. Read a few reviews but if you leave Catfish unsatisfied then you're hard to please. Yes, an expensive meal but that's relative. If you want quality then you have to spend a bit. Not from the region but would recommend this restaurant to anyone and looking forward to coming back. Thankyou to Troy.

  Chef's Plate well deserved. To my knowledge this I'd the only restaurant in Ballarat who offers a TRUE fresh menu. The menu changes DAILY. Obviously you pay a pretty penny to dine here - but holy cow, best dining experience in Ballarat by far.
  
  If we could, we would dine here every 1-2 weeks. I really wish we could. Their Curries are heavenly.
  
  Their wine menu is alright but for the pricing, I would prefer to see nicer and more local wines available to choose from.
  
  Atmosphere wise you can't go wrong - and the service is perfection.
  
  As mentioned, the core menu changes daily, so I can't give you any suggestions - other than, try it!

  Service was good, but food was EXTREMELY salty. Doesn't worth the expensive price tag. Don't be fooled by the hat. Would not recommend at all.
